The American mezzo-soprano will perform for only one evening in the beautiful rooms of the Art Deco-style Municipal House. "This man has been blessed with the talent it to ignite passion in other people," a critic once wrote about Rolando Villazón. Passion is perhaps also the most used word when it comes to describing Villazon on stage. For years, the Mexican makes his audience melt away, with divine vocals, dark curls and the whole passion of South America. He is specialized on Bellini, Donizetti, Rossini and Verdi. Extraordinary!

The grunge legend Pearl Jam comes to Pragueue! After Eddie Vedder and his crew completed last year - after a lengthy absence from the stage - a very successful European tour, they wanted to come back as soon as possible. Great!
Tip: Again, you should not hesitate too long - there is a tremendous demand for tickets for the Pearl Jam summer concerts throughout Europe! E.g. only a few minutes after starting the presales for the Amsterdam concert, a second one was scheduled ...

Red Hot Chili Peppers
The Funrock Band from California is coming to Prague. The title of the current tour: "I'm With You", just like the latest album which has become - for various reasons - a blast-comeback album. Reasons are: the good texts written by Anthony Kiedis and of course the distinctive voice of the front man, the successful debut of the new guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, the irrepressible fun in the making-off, which the Peppers are beaming with on their new album ...
Beware: Due to a foot injury from Anthony Kiedis, the tour start had to be delayed - the new date for the Prague event is still unclear!

Coldplay
Following the overwhelming global response to her latest album and the immediate sell-out of their arena concerts, Coldplay now have announced a spectacular stadium tour in late summer 2012 - and it will be Prague's turn in September. Many fans praise the show to be overwhelming, amongst other because of giant balloons, confetti fountains and the blinking bracelets which are distributed at the entrance to the fans.
